This policy explains how Souza Beggi Express processes personal data for commercial contact, quotes and service delivery.
Personal data we collect
When you submit a quote or contact form, we may collect your name, company, business email address, phone number, service type, route information, monthly volume, message content and consent confirmation.
Purpose and legal basis
We process form data to respond to quote requests, contact potential clients, prepare commercial proposals and provide logistics services. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps, legitimate business interest and, where required, your consent.
Storage and sharing
Form submissions are stored in an internal local file named storage/quote-requests.jsonl. Submissions may also be sent by SMTP email to our commercial team. If a webhook is configured, the same lead payload may be sent to an approved CRM or workflow provider.
Retention
We retain quote and contact data only for as long as necessary to manage the commercial relationship, provide services, comply with legal obligations and resolve operational questions. Data can be deleted earlier when legally permitted and requested by the data subject.
Your GDPR rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
